Child-Centred Play Therapy for Children Across Buckinghamshire & Berkshire

Welcome to Play Centred Therapy. I'm Orva Islam, a registered PTUK Certified Creative Arts Play Therapist, providing play therapy for children aged 4–13 across Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, including Farnham Common, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Burnham, Slough, Maidenhead and the surrounding areas.

As a Play Therapist, I work with children experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, bereavement, low self-esteem, school anxiety, friendship challenges and other emotional or behavioural difficulties. Through the natural language of play, children are supported to express feelings, make sense of their experiences and develop healthy ways of coping.
